Service is instant after sign up – no download required
To make it as easy as possible for passengers to begin using your new software, there is no download required. Users can simply Tweet their flight number to your official Twitter page, or send their flight number to your Facebook Messenger account – and that’s it.
They will be welcomed instantly, with no further steps needed.
Custom operational messages are delivered in real time
As soon as your passengers are signed up, they will begin recieving your custom communications.
These communications are 100% automated, meaning once the system is set up, it will run for you. Passengers will receive operational updates on gate numbers, boarding times, arrival times and belt numbers.
There are also configurable buttons (set to your requirements), so passengers can request information as they need it.
Commercial messages are customised to criteria of your choice
This is your opportunity to increase non-aeronautical revenue.
It’s up to you which messages you send – they can be restaurant recommendations, special offers or exciting retail opportunities. They are also based on actual retail analysis.
To give you some examples of the possibilities, Dubai Airport (DXB) sends commercial messages in English and Arabic, depending on the passenger’s location. Sydney (SYD) and Melbourne (MEL) push location-based offers.
Proprietary software allows you to gather key customer insights and data
When we install BizTweet for you, it comes with a cloud based dashboard for analytics, content management and configuration. This proprietary software puts the power at your finger tips to gather unique passenger insights, including how many passengers are using the service, the most busy times of the day / week and the most requested information.
Even more custom functions, depending on your needs
When we set up our software in your airport, there is the opportunity to create unique functionality catering to your specific requirements.
For example, the ‘Facilities’ feature only shows information based on the passenger’s departure terminal.
We can also set up security wait time communications, which apply only to international passengers, and can be triggered to be sent at a specific time before the flight departure – in the case of Melbourne Airport (MEL), the time is set to 90 minutes.
Multi-lingual service based on the passengers native language
International airports attract people from all over the world, all speaking different languages.
The good news is that BizTweet is multi-lingual, meaning everybody can use it.
Sydney Airport (SYD) currently Tweets in real time in 41 languages.
